The way they deal with me. It’s not professional I book on 8 of December I make my reservation at 7:40 PM. At that day. I called them and one day before I called to confirm my booking they say to me that they don’t find my booking. It shows on my phone call histories that I called at 7:40 p.m. on 8 December, and simply the woman couldn’t answer me and she was shocked that I even give her the correct time and she hang off the phone on me now nobody is answering me. That’s not a professional way to deal with a customer bottom line they lose a really important client for us as workers in Kuwait embassy. We realize the unprofessional way to deal with customers we stick by the rules we make the reservation, but good luck with that.
I've been 3 times, the food is always exceptional, specially the octopus, the wine selection i tried as well, for sure I'm coming back, maybe the portions of the main dishes are too little compared to the appetizer i ordered
Very nice restaurant, but it has a minimum charge (8,000) Rubel that was not mentioned earlier. We were surprised when we arrived at the place. The food was good, and our bill for two people cost 20,000 Ruble.
