I would like to mention the impeccable professional service of the White Sails management company. Batumi. Georgia.In general, the convenient location of the entire complex with all the necessary (for now, except for the pharmacy) infrastructure.
I would like to mention the SPA area of the complex with baths, a swimming pool, a fitness area and, most importantly for us, the presence of a massage area.
I would like to mention Maka Kitiashvili—wonderful, professional))), very pleased with the result. Thank you for your professionalism and quality of work.
Overall, the entire SPA area is very comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere corresponds to the name of the SPA completely. And very clean. Included in the price of the visit package : bathrobe, towel, disposable slippers (your own is preferable).🥝🍅🥰

A great accommodation option.
A modern apartment complex.
The pool is functioning and clean (of course there is a lot of bleach, it is better to dive under water with glasses). There is a store with food and household supplies. Two restaurants. Closed parking. The elevator works well and fast.
Minus one: far from the old town with entertainment and restaurants (kids get tired half the way).
But a walk along the gorgeous promenade leaves a good impression. Scooters and electric trains are also available for rent all along the embankment).

Good apartments, the quality is better than orbi. The pool in the courtyard perfectly complements the rest. There are several disadvantages:
The cameras, if they accidentally do not close the door to the balcony in the evening, they can carry away. There are practically no mosquito nets on the windows, fumigators do not scare these animals.
Dogs. No matter how much I love these four-legged creatures, but when they bark all night, love is dulled.
From 5-6 in the morning, buses start honking to wake up the guards, but they all get up to see them off.
And so, the sea is nearby, unlike the central beach, there are not so many people. There is still no pedestrian crossing in front of the complex, well, running across the road is common in Georgia.

We had a vacation in August 2024 with a friend. The location is excellent, there is a store nearby that has everything. This is an apartment hotel, we understood that there would be no slippers, bathrobes and other small things, so we bought everything we needed in a store located in the same complex ;) Very tasty and hearty breakfasts, fresh pastries, selected fruits. The staff is smiling, polite, all our requests were fulfilled within 15 minutes. Cleaning on request, we asked 2 times, and 2 times we were cleaned perfectly, everything was folded neatly :) The location is great, near the metro city (mini shopping center), a stop from which you can get to the old town and Europe Square, across the street there is a beautiful alley behind which there is a beautiful embankment. We rested there 2 times in the summer of 2024, next summer we will go again. The pool is amazing, large and heated, you can swim until 9 pm. We decided to swim in the rain, we thought it would be cool, but thanks to the heating, the water was fine, the water was clean, they wash it every morning, they saw it with their own eyes) About the staff, very polite, very helpful, smiling, they fulfilled all the whims. In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

We booked 4 rooms, we were placed in different sectors, well, what can I say, for 2 points very much.
Of the advantages:
- nice pool
- kitchen in the room
- comfortable bed
Of the cons about the room in which we lived directly:
- poor sound insulation
- lack of slippers/bathrobes in the rooms
- broken soap supply
- did not put tea/ coffee
- the air conditioning system is terribly loud
- condensation drips from the ceilings everywhere in the corridors
- the clothes dryer is in a metal state.
What I want to say is that I will not recommend these apartments to ANYONE for living. Before that, we rented a room in the old town, the impressions were 1000 times better!

A very good apartment hotel, not far from Batumi airport. There are many rooms, buildings are different, I lived in building D. Room with a view of the pool and the sea. The room has a kitchen and a set of dishes. Washing machine and iron with my daughter. Everything is fresh and clean. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, a clothes dryer! There is a supermarket downstairs, which has everything. The pool is nice and the sea is nearby!
The breakfast is good.

Nice apartment. With numbers, if you're lucky. After the first ones, I wanted to leave as soon as possible… It was very dirty, especially the furniture. The walls are all dirty, the curtains are dirty, there is black hair on the upholstered furniture. The soap dispenser didn't work, and it didn't look very good, to put it mildly (old and rusty)
But when we moved to the same apartment in another building, everything was fine. Apart from maybe small details. The guys at the reception are responsive, helped with solving any issue👌
The building has a 24-hour shop and several cafes with different cuisines.
Swimming pool. I read a review that it's like a passing yard. The fact that it is not fenced is a yes. But all visitors to the pool are wearing bracelets, a stern guard walks around and keeps order. Of the disadvantages, there are few sun beds, there is not enough. There are beach chairs, but you can't fully sunbathe on them. There is also a type of VIP zone for 50lari, there are always sun beds there. There is enough space in the pool itself.
In general, the disadvantages are only for the hygiene of the rooms - it will be difficult for very clean people)
The beach and the promenade are 3-5 minutes away on foot, near the park. There are good cafes within walking distance. The center of Dvizhukh is 10 minutes away by car.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff

It is dirty, untidy, music is playing 24/7, including late evening/night. The pool was said to be only for the residents of the complex, who will receive a bracelet at the reception. As a result, small Georgians are shouting, making noise, throwing each other into the water, no one has bracelets. The guards are standing by, they don't care about the order and that other people don't go into the pool, maybe their sons or just deep don't care what happens. The pool is already too small for such a complex, and there are still people walking around, there is one small pool for 4 blocks, in civilization such a pool is for a maximum of one block, then others are allowed off the street, someone says that they bought a pass at all, a clean mess, you want to spoil your vacation here!

We rested with the whole family from September 28 to September 2, lived in block F, on the fifth floor.We were very satisfied.The guys at the reception are working fine, when we arrived, it turned out that we were given a room on the 14th floor, my wife did not want to live so high, we went to a meeting, and within half an hour, while the room was being cleaned, we received this beautiful room.We had a two-bedroom apartment and a living room.Everything was as it was written.The room has a refrigerator,an electric stove for two people,kitchen cabinets, a TV, dishes,pans, pots, huge beds in the bedrooms.The maids come every day, I don't know where the reviews came from, that you need to beg for something.Towels and bed linen were changed for us every day.There is a convenience store nearby, an Italian restaurant in the block itself, breakfast costs 30 GEL, and there is a Georgian restaurant in the building opposite, there is also a pub in the neighboring buildings,the pool is clean, there is a small one for children.The hotel is located three minutes, even less from the sea, and within walking distance, on the same side, with the shopping center Metro City.The only disadvantage is that stray dogs are sometimes given at night, of which there are countless in Batumi, they are neutered and vaccinated, each has a tag on its ear.

The room is dirty, the ventilation is terrible, you need to ask for towels to be changed 2-3 times, all residents take their garbage out into the corridor, then it stands there for another 2-3 days, the hotel does not match its 4+ stars, maximum 3+ with a stretch. The breakfasts are normal, the restaurants in the hotel are also good with reasonable prices.

Terrible hotel!!! The rooms are not cleaned, we have garbage piled up for 5 days of accommodation. The corridors stink, the breakfast is not a good choice, there is little assortment. The noise insulation in the rooms is not good, you can hear the screams and laughter of the neighbors.
