They brought a laptop that didn't turn on, left it for diagnostics, called us the next day, and said that the problem was with the power chip and the repair amount was 600 rubles, Well, of course we agreed, because we needed this gaming laptop as soon as possible, and we were ready to pay this overpayment.
a day later, they called and said everything was done, the thermal paste was changed, serviced, cleaned and you can pick it up, the amount is 650p, well, okay, we initially accepted the high price, in the end we come to pick up, but this laptop can no longer pull the games, absolutely everything with rigid friezes, which we were offered to pick up for 550, or leave time for diagnostics and the cost of repairs will increase, and OK, we agreed here too. As a result, they call us from the first day for more than a week of waiting and say that the laptop is working and the games are dragging, everything has been checked, but the amount is already 750p. They came, it's lagging in exactly the same way, and what did they do for +100p? we changed the entire thermal interface to liquid thermal pads, which naturally did not help. To which they began to make excuses that it still needed to be diagnosed, and to increase repairs, when you ask questions or assumptions, they are outraged that they are arguing with them, although I did not even raise my tone. As a result, he offered to pick it up at the old price of 550p and already figure out another service, which they naturally began to bargain for, and decided to stop at 600, because they also changed the thermal interface, although it should have been included in the initial amount. They were inclined to the problem of the graphics card and power supply, but they did not figure it out in so much time. As a result, a problem was found in another service in one day, and the problem was in the processor at all, it was resetting the frequency and could not raise it above 2600 MHz, and the processor was out there due to the fact that the two USB connectors on the left were not working. But they didn't even bother here, or I would even say they didn't know how to diagnose, they have zero experience in this area.
Bottom line: It doesn't even smell like professionals there, they will tell you that they understand better, and constantly raise the price tag, because they waste time working only in their direction, they don't even bother with clients, they can't do it right the first time, and they redo their own mistakes, putting all the costs on You. They would also change the lid on my laptop and throw 100p on top.
If this service is near your home, and you need to upgrade your laptop according to the type of RAM or SSD, then you can go, I think they can handle the phone too. But if you have a serious problem with your laptop, it's better to go to more reputable services, there are more charlatans with overprice as in the market. If you suddenly have the same problem with the power supply chain, go straight to a popular service, where even repairing a power chip will be twice as cheap as here. No matter how much they talk about monitoring prices here, they are most likely really monitoring, and multiplying by two at least. And in response, they will most likely write about rudeness on my part, etc., they seem to respond to everyone like that.

The only question is the price. In Yandex maps, the price of 50 buns is in the goods and services section and it is not specified whether the price differs depending on the type of laptop. For my gaming laptop, the price was 100 boons. Therefore, the entire price list is called into question.
Maybe there is this clarification somewhere below, or on the website, but the fact is that it was not there where the price is indicated.

I expected that they would explain to me what was the matter and provide me with a normal act. But instead, they just listened a couple of times and wrote in the act: "short—term earphone operation" - well, yes, I knew it myself! They took money for such a "diagnosis", and there were also grammatical errors in the act! Absolutely incompetent service, they just took the money and did nothing. I do not advise you to apply, it is a waste of time and money!
