A great 3* hotel in GOA. Of course, like everywhere else in GOA, it's a little dirty, but everything is fine on site! The rooms are decent, good furniture, working and more or less normal plumbing. The room was cleaned on request. It was enough for me 1 time in 2 days. The breakfasts are good, there are many different dishes (5-7 options every morning, buffet), but mostly Indian cuisine. There are always fruits (watermelon, papaya), you can order an omelet. The beach is across the street from the hotel, 5-7 minutes at a calm pace. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, an alcohol store and an exchange office across the street. By the way, you can pay with a Gazprombank UnionPay card in it. The road to the beach is not paved, but tolerable. There are several massage parlors nearby, a pharmacy 100-200 meters from the hotel (they accept the same cards), several restaurants. There are 4 good shacks on the beach nearby, including Cafe Mordgim. I definitely recommend the hotel for a vacation
I gave it 4 stars, but that's a stretch. If this hotel were in Europe, it would have 3 stars. But this is India, and it's normal for India. We were there in late November and early December 2024. We lived in the 14th cottage. The house is not too tired. Initially, we were put in another house, but there was slag there. I went to the reception and had a bit of a fight and they moved us. The hotel itself, by Indian standards, is normal. The area is being swept and cleaned every day. Room service, so-so... but, this is India)) I got the impression that this is a kind of sanatorium for the Indians themselves, where they come to relax and have a little fun, because in GOA you can do things that you can't do in the rest of India. During our stay, apart from us, no other foreigners were met at the hotel. All the other Hindus. There is a swimming pool, but we did not swim. There is a canteen of its own - the food is local, but you can find something for the Europeans. The hotel does not have its own bar or restaurant. The reception staff is quite friendly. In the mornings, sometimes, macaques jumped on the roof of our house - a local flavor)) However, keep in mind that it is clean and beautiful only on the territory of the hotel, leaving the fence immediately you get into the mud and chaos. There is not even an asphalt road leading to the hotel from the main road. Approximately 100 meters of dirt road. It's a 10-minute walk to the ocean. The ocean is normal there. The coast is flat and sandy. There are several cafes along the shore, the prices are reasonable - something like a wok with chicken 350-400 rupees. The deck chairs are simple wooden, BUT (!!) they are free!! We were in Sirius (Sochi), everything is paid there, but here it's free! At the same time, you can come "with your own"! This is also allowed. Just to remove unnecessary questions, it's worth ordering something at a cafe. In this regard, it is very comfortable there. I've never seen anything like this in Russia.
