We went to Whoopie Cakes for breakfast today. A wonderful place! Reasonable prices, very pleasant staff, the guy served us: he talked, but unobtrusively and very politely) We were sitting outside. Breakfast: my love! When you want to pamper yourself, we go with the whole family to this wonderful cafe.
My son likes strawberry cupcake and chocolate cupcake. My husband and I have breakfast, both sweet and hearty.
I advise everyone, the most hospitable waiters serve, there are also parrots in a cage, the children like it. Us too.

This is probably one of the best breakfasts in Almaty. The average cost of breakfast is 3500 + tea/coffee. The portions are very decent, you always leave well-fed. It's not the first time we go :)

I came just to eat a meringue roll, which in other branches is just bombastic. Here, the person clearly does not know how to cook meringue (there was a lot of it, you can see in the photo, + strong taste of eggs🤮) and they strongly wished for berries...

Good service for Kazakhstan, everything was polite, the waiters did not have to wait long for a small establishment and did not forget to bring anything.
The institution itself, as I mentioned, is small, there are a lot of people, even more children, it can be annoying and noisy because of this. If you come to eat and chat, it can be problematic.
In general, I liked it, the most important thing was delicious, and the service as in a bunch of other establishments is acceptable, you can put up with the rest.
