To put it in order, the first thing I noticed was a cozy, atmospheric and homely place where it's nice to be. The second is the acoustic system, the music plays magically, non-intrusively and harmoniously. The third, or maybe the first, is already a mess in my head from the sequences, these are the cafe staff, I liked the service. I liked the coffee and how it is prepared. Wherever you look, you like everything. There are even good books there, such as the book Minsk, which not everyone managed to snatch. So over a cup of coffee, you can scroll through the pictures and enjoy the moment. It's probably become my favorite cafe. Thanks to the team for their professionalism and atmosphere!

We visited this coffee shop with a friend an hour before closing time. Everything was wonderful, we were in the institution and a group of girls. There wasn't much left of the desserts by that time, we also decided not to drink coffee at night, so we took two cocoa. I've never tasted better cocoa anywhere. I'm always bitter and sweet, but there was a perfect balance here. I will definitely come back here for more cocoa and next time I will try something from the breakfast menu or sandwiches.
There are also many different drinks on the menu, starting with classics and ending with original ones.
I would also like to mention the interior. You can take a bunch of beautiful photos in your social network.a network with pictures. A disco ball in one of the corners of the establishment stole our hearts.

We stopped by for breakfast. We tried both versions of cheesecakes: with pear and dorbloux cheese, and with blueberry jam and seasonal fruits. It's not bad with blueberry jam, but with pear and cheese it's just a masterpiece - 10 out of 10. The perfect combination of flavors. The portions are good, the prices are moderately metropolitan.

Oh, we really liked it. On the first day, we took coffee and tea with us in the morning and just went for a walk. I was really pleased with the coffee. A good combination in terms of the amount of coffee / milk, the roasting is also cool, the taste is balanced.
The next morning they came to have breakfast. We took sandwiches, cheesecakes and sweets. It was MEGA delicious, a turkey sandwich - I'm writing right now and I want to taste it again) Lemon tartlet with meringue - oh, yes. I rarely find places where tartlets are well made. It's in the piggy bank now) Cheesecakes are very tender.
The portions are good, we had enough for a long time)
We will be in Minsk, we will definitely come back!

A wonderful coffee shop, a real shelter for millennials. Concise design, light, playlist level. Delicious food, especially porridge with peanut butter. The coffee is just good, I can't call it anything special. The staff is polite, but, as everywhere in Minsk, everything is very slow. Perhaps it seems so after Moscow. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in Minsk in an apartment near this place. Walking with the dog, we spent a long time choosing where to have breakfast with the whole family from a huge number of options around. As a result, we stopped at this place, and we lost it! Cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes. The next morning we had to leave early, and the guys from the cafe made us an early breakfast, which we managed to eat with pleasure before a long trip. Thank them so much!

If I come to Minsk, the first thing I do is go to Why Knot 😌 why? I like the atmosphere of minimalism and everything is white, always delicious coffee and a professional approach to the guest and taste, oh well, I always come in early in the morning and there is no one else and the atmosphere is very relaxing

A good coffee shop, freshly roasted coffee is not poorly prepared. Grain prices are too high in my opinion. The kitchen is very, very good. I visit regularly when I come to Minsk. Consistently good "special" coffee, but! This is the third time I've been exposed to very intrusive and loud music. If you need to work with your laptop for an hour, then only noise-canceling headphones save you (you can even without music). Complaints about both volume and style - it's not playing lounge or chillout at all.
P.S. Those who don't like coffee just don't understand anything about it) do you want "Italian"?Buy charred grain, fried and ground a year ago, and brew it in a cup - you will get the taste you are used to.
Yes, the price tag is above average, rather closer to Moscow, but perhaps that's why this is one of the few establishments that has been operating for 5 years and has survived a lockdown?

We went in for coffee today on 08/18.24. On Sunday morning we got exactly what we expected from other similar establishments. I wish we had been here before. I would like to mention the work of the young man who prepared the aeropress. He is very friendly and professional. He consulted unobtrusively, helped with the choice, served water, told about the grain and so on. I highly recommend it.
