08.11.24 in the interval from 14:30 to 15:00 I came to pick up shaving foam. When opening the shipping package UNDER the camera, it turned out that the foam was broken. I asked to issue a refund for marriage, because it is clear that the goods were damaged during transportation. The employee refused to do this, saying that the factory packaging was violated.
I very much doubt the competence of the PVZ operators. At least, they don't talk to customers in raised tones. A preventive conversation with the staff at this point is definitely necessary)))

I wanted to pick up one of the 4 items, but the employee of the PVZ refused to accept another one and returned it to me. I immediately said that I didn't have the money to pay for two items. To which she immediately wrote off the money for two items and said "it's not my problem," and I didn't even have time to return the second one, which I wanted to pick up.

There is only one employee working at this pick-up point who knows how to communicate with people. The other two are absolute boors who also mislead WB users. I hope that either this PVZ will be closed soon, or they will recruit new staff who at least knows something about politeness.
