It's a good pick-up point, and I've been picking up parcels from there for a very long time. They often clean the floors and change the trash cans, so everything is clean and tidy. The staff will always help if there is any problem. But very often, especially in the evenings, a large queue gathers at this point and you have to wait a long time.
