Last time on November 10, the employee was very attentive, pleasant, all issues were resolved quickly and to the point. The item is very good, everything is clean, neat, there are no questions here. But today, on November 29, the girl who served even allowed herself to shout at the client, that is, to my address, after I asked the question why Wildberry has not returned the money for three weeks. It was strange to hear that her point has nothing to do with this, as if I went to the clinic, for example, and not to the Wildberry point, where I bought everything.
