It was not possible to cancel the orders. As soon as I found out, I wrote and asked to cancel 3 orders. They "pulled the rubber", sent unsubscriptions, in the end I took 2 orders (one for a friend) and of course they took 6 rubles for refusal, although it was not my fault. I've been trying to get the money back for 15 days and I get unsubscriptions: go there, I don't know where, bring something, I don't know what. Advice to everyone: before ordering, check it a thousand times. Otherwise, the owner will get rich on 3 steering wheels from each order.
For me, a pensioner, this is an opportunity to live for 2-3 days.

They contacted the Valdberes service, they requested a document signed by the bank on the transfer of money, everything was done, but the result remained the same: the money was written off and that was it.The order was made as usual, this is not the first time we use the site.
