In general, the whole process of ordering and receiving goods at Wildberries was very convenient and fast. One day I decided to order several products on the Wildberries website and chose the pick-up point as the most convenient way to receive an order.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service. When I arrived at the pick-up point, I was quickly given my order and politely answered all my questions. I was also asked to check the product on the spot to make sure of its quality.
But the most important thing is that the delivery to the pick-up point was free and very fast. I received my order the very next day after registration! This is really very convenient and saves time, especially if you are busy or live in a small town, where it is not always convenient to arrange delivery to your home.
In addition, I liked that the pick-up point is located in a convenient location and is accessible both by car and by public transport.
The overall impression of the Wildberries pick-up point is very positive. I can recommend this service to anyone who wants to receive their order quickly and conveniently. Everything went flawlessly, and I will use the services of the Wildberries pick-up point again in the future.

The pick-up point is located near the house, this is probably the biggest plus, otherwise I would like to express my displeasure: it is almost always dirty, the mats in the fitting room are such that it is easier to get on the floor, the hooks for clothes are broken off. The service is adequate until you bring something for a refund, then it starts, then call the call center, then the product is non-refundable, then the packaging is not complete (I think more than one person faced a problem about the packaging). I will not write about the product, since this does not apply to the pick-up point.

The point is in a good location, next to a penny. Cozy design, responsive staff. A lot of good things can be bought here. I recommend both the site and the item.
