Unfortunately, my experience of visiting did not leave the most pleasant impressions. Despite the fact that the institution has potential, the quality of service and the availability of services leave much to be desired.
During my visits, I noticed that the store is often closed (not for 10 minutes for technical reasons, as the official website says, but for 30-60 minutes, where handwritten notes are arbitrarily hung), which creates inconvenience for customers. This feeling of abandonment is reinforced when employees go on breaks, leaving customers without attention. For example, at the moments when I was expecting help, the employee went to the KFS, which only added to the disappointment.
In addition, communication with the staff was quite unfriendly. I've encountered rudeness and a lack of willingness to help, which certainly spoils the overall impression.
I hope that the management will pay attention to these points and take measures to improve the quality of service and accessibility of the store. Customers deserve a more attentive and friendly approach!
