The staff is very kind and my parcels are always in neat condition! I love this item, there are a lot of people ordering parcels there) and most of the time my orders come without defects and are neat, once I ordered a parcel from the wrong place and it was in poor condition, plus the staff in another place is not very good, but here the rays of the sun are right, cheer up after a hard day)
It is a small room and sometimes there are VERY long queues, people are even standing on the street, despite the fact that there are two employees serving there. The location for the item is good, it's a pity, it's a very small room and you have to wait in line several times (1-to receive an order, 2- to the fitting room, 3-back to the staff to pay or make a refund).
An unpleasant situation has occurred.
A new employee of the PVZ, who accepted a client with a dog with me, began to make a remark to me that it was impossible to have a dog. To this remark, I replied that there is no warning sign at the entrance.
All customers come to the PVZ with dogs, there have never been any complaints from employees (girls and Eugene), they are very polite and friendly.
The new employee continued to argue, mentioning the law.
HOWEVER, the law says: "A ban on visits with companion animals (except guide dogs) to grocery stores, health and education organizations, cultural infrastructure facilities, physical culture and sports facilities;".
PVZ is not included in this list.
I contacted the Valdberis support service for clarification. I received the following response: "The conditions can be set by the administration of the premises. This should be indicated by a sign at the entrance." There was never a sign.
Thus, I did not violate the law of the Republic of Belarus by entering the PVZ with a small dog, I did not violate the prohibition of the PVZ itself, since there is no forbidding sign. Some customers with dogs are served, others are not. A very strange policy of the new PVZ employee.
