The point is often closed for the acceptance of goods, which is why every visit is like a lottery. With enough hands, there would be no need to close. And yes, once again, there are no complaints about the employees, they always help and serve quickly!

And then it's very difficult to cope alone, I can't pick up the parcel for about a week because of the long queues

It is not possible to receive the goods for several days (constant acceptance of the goods), and when the point is still open, a 20-meter queue is going to be assembled. The question is not for the employees, but for the management.
Terrible service, I would like to see two specialists, because they serve very slowly, it's always dirty, there are no mats in the fitting room, some goods have not yet been returned, because there were excuses "Your goods came recently, so come back later" at the same time they wrote off money, the next time they said "We can't find now your product" there was no reason🤷♂️

There was a note on the door saying that the goods were accepted for 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, everything was still closed. It would be better to write a more real time of acceptance of the goods :(
They work very well. But it may be necessary to add an operator (let's say part-time) in the afternoon, because queues and a lot of time is lost waiting
