Today, on 14-03, I came to pick up a purchase around 13-00 - an expensive high-precision measuring instrument, the creality raptor 3d scanner
As a rule, everything happens perfectly in this PV.
But today, an unacceptable mystery happened. After I showed the QR code, the employee KICKED my purchase across the floor. Her name seems to be Valeria. Probably.
I consider this approach unacceptable with any purchases, and especially in this case when it comes to a complex electronic device.

I ordered several pairs of shoes and a bag. Yesterday (03/21/2025) at 15.50 I came for the order. I opened it with cameras in front of a PVZ employee. I decided within 15 minutes: I chose one pair and a bag.
The PVZ employee refused to accept couples who did not fit.. having said that they have a marriage, there are some divorces on the sole that cannot be seen with an unarmed eye. I would like to note that I wanted to pick up the same pair, but in a different size.
Neither I nor the other customers understood the employee. No one saw an obvious marriage in the shoes. The employee told me to buy all the shoes I ordered, otherwise she would call the police. The employee started complaining that she was being kicked out of her salary for the marriage she was accepting. I asked them to close the order so that they would charge me for the things I was going to pick up.. she replied that she would not close the order and would make sure that I did not come for it. During the dispute, all the buyers who were at the PVZ could not understand what she considered a marriage and why I should buy it back.
When I asked for the COMPLAINT BOOK, the employee said IT WASN'T THERE. As a result: I just left.. Moreover, earlier I was also outraged by the behavior of this employee, but this situation goes beyond all comprehension.
Please understand this absurd situation! And I, in turn, change the PVZ, because this is the first time I've seen it.
I came to wildberries from another area on purpose , but a certain Belarusian-speaking woman is receiving goods , and she does not accept anyone and cannot answer the question of how long it will take, she screams like a victim . My dears, there is legislation of the Republic of Belarus, fines are provided for non-compliance with the established schedule

This pick-up point is the closest to my house, well, I like it. Everything is conveniently located, there are 4 booths for fitting clothes. There are usually not many people.
Always calm friendly staff , there are fitting rooms , everything is given out very quickly, pleasant service, if you are on a car, then there may be problems with parking , I always use only this pick-up point , super !!!

I order here all the time, there were no problems. The staff is good, they will never leave you in trouble in winter, they let you warm up. All fitting rooms are comfortable and with chairs!
