Terrible boorish service, a woman with overweight and eyelash extensions, a pierced nose, refused to pick up the goods (shoes ), saying that the shoes were dirty, I measured them only at your pick-up point (the floors, as you understand, are dirty), they refused my request to give me a complaint book, as well as to serve me, I also tried to clarify the name of who is serving me, not the name of the complaint book, nothing but rudeness, and this is not the first time such an incomprehensible attitude.

There have never been any questions about the point and the employees, only positive feedback, but the work of one employee can no longer be tolerated, constant tension, negativity and rudeness, a personal transition! The question to the owner of the PVZ is why, with so many complaints about the employee, no action is being taken!!??

It's a disgusting attitude. I've been there a few times. This overweight woman always rolls her eyes and sighs before handing out the goods. I came in at 5 p.m. today, and she kicked everyone out, shouting, "I won't give you anything," and closed the health center. I will never order there again.
