The opening hours are 8-22, not a word about breaks. You come only for breaks, but in the evening there is no queue, in the evening there is a queue. The last time I went in at all, the young man says a break for half an hour, but at the same time gives the next girl an order.
On 11/23/2023, the parcel arrived at the pick-up point (Minsk, Russiyanova str., 7, floor 1). This package should have contained jeans from the same company, but 2 in different sizes. At the delivery counter, 2 packages were handed to me and they asked if I would go to the fitting room, they replied that I would go to the fitting room with the goods. During the fitting, these jeans did not fit in size, they came to the delivery counter to return the goods. The employee accepted jeans from me, checked the internal labels and said that they did not correspond to the ordered brand and were different from the ordered size, so she would write off the money and I had to buy these jeans. If I want to return the money, contact their call center. I dialed the call center staff without leaving the room of the pick-up point, they told me that I needed to unpack the goods right on the counter under the cameras (which is not equipped for unpacking the goods, and there are even no surveillance cameras above a separate table for checking the goods), check and only then go to the fitting room. I answer that the staff of the pick-up point did not warn me about this, and there were no signs with this information on the pick-up counter and on the information stand. The call center said that I needed to find this information on their website and familiarize myself with it myself. Having visited the website of the online store, this information could not be found anywhere. I was unreasonably refused to return the goods without specifying references to regulatory legal acts according to which they can justify their actions. The support staff sent me to solve all the issues with the seller himself in the Russian Federation, the seller replied that the package was handled by wilderis himself and I had to solve all the issues with the pick-up point. In my opinion, if the employees suspected the substitution of goods in the fitting room from my side, then they should have called the police to conduct an inspection for the presence of things. Since the fact of substitution has not been proven, the employees had to accept the return of the goods. When I visited the issuing point again, the employees contacted their director on this issue and I received an answer that I needed to go to the girl's office or write a statement to the consumer protection society, as I stated that I would file a complaint about the illegality of their actions. Also, the question was asked to the chat support, no response has been received so far. I.e. none of the employees of the pick-up point, call center, chat support, director could provide a link to the provision or the law according to which they refuse to return.
The product was ordered paid and non-refundable. Since February 21, they could not find the product at home, it disappeared and disappeared😁 Calls to the call center did not give anything, only every time I heard that the appeal was under consideration. a month has passed, there is no decision on this issue. Only once after a week of calls, they replied that the product had been found. Upon arrival, once again, this pick-up point was looked at as fools. The answer was "whoever told you that the product was found, let him go and look for it himself"😳
I had to wait for the goods to allegedly "leave" after the deadline. Because of this, I could not pick up the goods that were needed at the same pick-up point, because the goods that were not there would be written off.
Judging by the reviews, there is more than one case. I wonder how it turns out that there is a product at acceptance, but it turns out not to be available for delivery🤷♀️
Excellent PVZ. The best employee is Anastasia! She is always polite and smiling, quickly finds the product, immediately checks it under the camera and says what is or is not a returnable product. For those who do not know who Anastasia is from the staff, I will say that this is a girl with red hair, I constantly go to her🥰

A good pick-up point, in the evenings, of course, busy, but the area is not small. And in general, everyone is friendly, they work according to the schedule.
Everything is great. The room is clean , the staff is polite. You should not listen to a bad opinion about this order pick-up point.

I stood in line for 50 minutes and searched for goods for 25 minutes. two of the 3 were found, when asked to give two goods, they said they would find the third and give everything at once. They took the phone number and promised to call. So no one called. I went back to the point. there was already another shift. the young man said that he didn't care, and that I should get in line again. After that, he said that my product was missing and valberiz made a cancellation on the product himself.
A repulsive point! Do not order here! Four times they were not worthy, the queue for the entire shopping center was in circles, for the fifth time they came to the opening at 8:00, the point was opened at 8:47, according to the employee, "all employees of this point took sick leave." Parcels are transferred to other pick-up points, so look carefully before going to Russiyanova 7, you may be in for a "surprise"

The order was made before all Black Fridays, arrived only a week ago. It is indicated that the PVZ is open from 8 a.m., by 8:40 about 35 people had already gathered, but the PVZ had not been opened! 06.12.22 it was the same, an employee came at nine and said that they would not open. During the week, there are more than 20 people queuing at any time, except to come. You can't really stand with an infant. There is no technical possibility to redirect parcels to normal pick-up points.

On Monday, November 21st, there was a huge queue all day, which was moving very slowly. People waited for hours. Many simply dropped the queue and left, as they no longer had enough patience.
I took orders from here several times. The first time I found the pick-up point a little bit. The staff is not very friendly and does not even always say hello. On the plus side, there was never a queue.
