Valberis in Uzbekistan is just terrible! I do not recommend this market place to anyone, since they themselves got into a very unpleasant story with them. While visiting Uzbekistan, we decided to use this market place since we used it before in the Russian Federation, we ourselves stayed in the city of Andijan, which is about 80 km from Namangan. I needed spare parts for the car because it is difficult to buy anything for Japanese cars here, and my wife ordered a cream that is not so easy to find and buy in Uzbekistan. We made the order on April 18 (and of course we paid for it immediately when ordering) and promised to deliver it to us on April 23rd, we were more than satisfied with such deadlines since we planned to spend exactly another month here. Then it began to happen that it was not clear that the delivery time began to be delayed, these were trifles. Then our orders flew to Yerevan (this is Armenia), I immediately tried to contact someone, but there is practically no feedback, no one even tried to help us with anything, they answered according to the template and said everything is fine, we are working, do not worry the goods will be delivered. In the first days of May, we received a notification that the orders were created anew. And a couple of days later, that not all items would be delivered for technical reasons and apologized. Well, we decided to wait for what will arrive, we will get even this, and on May 13 we received a notification that several items were delivered, we chose the time on May 15 and went to pick up our order when we arrived the circus continued. There were two boys in the PVZ who plowed only two of the three order items and told us that they had not been paid for. By the time the third position was listed as paid, but they could not find it at home, they say we do not have it, we were shocked. We showed that all orders are listed in our orders twice and the first time they were paid in Yerevan, and the second time they were created themselves and they are in Namangan, but they require payment. Complete nonsense anyway. We explain that we did not order or pay for the second time, we do not know who created and did it. But we have already paid for the first time. We asked them to find and sort out the situation. As a result, they got through to some girl Aigul (I may be mistaken as Uzbek names are not on our lips) She began to explain to me that they cannot issue unpaid orders, and we have to cancel paid orders in Yerevan on our own. As a result, we refused to take anything from them and demanded our paid cream, which came, they ran a little around the PVZ point and after about an hour they were able to find it in one of the boxes. It's just awful!!! We took the cream away from them, but otherwise refused. I really hope that we will be able to return the money at least... We are very sorry that we contacted them ... ((( We waited almost a month for it is not clear what and in the end we did not get anything. We went almost 100 kilometers away, looked at our orders and received nothing. Even the girl on the phone, Aygul, could not help us in any way, she also has no connection with the leadership. I don't understand how this Sharazhkin's office works at all. They have to work as a team, and they just bully customers. In short, to say that we were upset or offended is not to say anything at all, we will take our money and delete the application for always! I do not advise anyone to contact them!!!
