The service is very lame. Always overloaded and overflowing. A terrible pick-up point. There is something to compare it with, I am passing through Semey and have been watching for several years how nothing changes at this pick-up point. They search for parcels for 40 minutes, the entire pick-up point is filled with a bunch of goods and fitting rooms and a common room. Completely unable to cope with the load.
