Today is Friday, January 31st. I arrived at the PVZ at 20:00. the PVZ is open until 21:00. I wanted to pick up the order, because I'm going on vacation the next day. The employee told us not to take up the queue, because she has a parcel reception and she won't be able to serve us. what???? Since when has the new PVZ operation mode been installed? All the parcels were already at the PVZ, she had to process them, but not at the expense of my parcels and my time!!!
