It's a cramped room, but there are two fitting rooms. The manager is passable, not particularly friendly, but also not rude, if there are questions about delivery or the product is always sent to the support service. It is unclear whether their responsibilities include consulting clients or not. There was a problem with one delivery, I was waiting for the goods and clarified several times whether they had received them, as a result, after a while, the order was closed as a refund and money was debited from the card. The support service replied vaguely. But I think this is Wildberry's own problem. It is also common for goods to arrive dented. However, things have been coming faster lately.
One of the most terrible pick-up points. There are always a lot of people. People stand outside in the heat and in the cold. The floor is always dirty, there are boxes everywhere, the stairs are usually littered with I don't understand what. It's very cramped inside. There are only 2 fitting booths, one of which is often packed with goods and boxes. The staff are working well, but everything else 🤦🏻♀️
There are no packages in this delivery point, so you are doomed to carry everything in your hands, even if it is physically impossible.
The staff can't do anything about it.

The pick-up point is completely satisfied! But the principle of operation of the WB is not satisfied in terms of working with complaints and appeals, especially if there are problems with the operation of the application. There are only unsubscriptions. There are no direct contacts, only through the app.
Despite the heavy workload, the staff copes very quickly, well done!

Wildberries are no longer the same. Do you like a brutal service built on rudeness?
We have been using this service for many years. Everything is very convenient, both prices and delivery. There were no complaints until some point, and it came.
1. The first time one product was not delivered, the courier disappeared. We wrote to the support service. The goods are delivered in 4 days. And a few days later, the answer came: the product was delivered to you, why are you complaining?Okay, then it was funny.
2. There is no delivery, the status is delivered in your personal account. The courier disappears somewhere and feeds breakfast for several days. When he arrived, along with the purchases, we received a portion of rudeness from the doorstep. The courier threw a package at us and left. When asked to wait, they received an answer that he was not obliged. (But what about 15 minutes for a fitting?
3. I was categorically against further purchases, so as not to test my nerves and not to calm my wife, but she gave the company another chance. As a result, the goods were not delivered, they offered to come to the office and pick them up themselves, or wait 4 days and the courier will bring them. A week later, my wife went and picked me up at the pick-up point. The courier apparently chose a wait-and-see tactic and so far it's rolling.
It is a pity that such a progressive company has lost service, and the support service does not process complaints properly.
