I've been there 2 times.A man served me once.He's straight into the subject, knows his job.He answered all the questions, was polite, And the mood lifted from such work!The second time, today, was served by a young girl.She is also very knowledgeable about her job, smiling, speaks 2 languages, and is diligent.I was also pleased with my work.I recommend this pick-up point.You will not leave with a spoiled mood!

The product was ordered for home delivery by courier.
They can't deliver for 3 days, and they can't even name the date when they will finally deliver!
Despite the fact that they charge money for delivery, not fulfilling their obligations!!The support service only knows what it promises, from day to day!

Apparently, people come here to write only an angry review) After reading the comments, I was ready for anything. Even to the fact that I can get a shapalak at the entrance) you never know.
I was at this pick-up point today, the polite staff found my order very quickly. They helped me open my boxes, there was an electric brush, very neatly packed, without defects and clean. It took +- 2 weeks.

The most optional pick-up point. Orders are only being accepted for 4 days. They're dragging it out to the last. This morning it shows that the order is with the courier. I haven't answered my phone for half a day. Then he answered the phone, says he was at the wake. Then why do you take delivery orders if you spend half the day at the wake?!!!! The courier's name is Aibolat Myktybaev. Such optional couriers should not work on delivery.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the courier, the name is Myktybaev Aybolat. It was written on the website that the goods had been delivered to the courier. I called and asked to be delivered tomorrow (the last day of the deadline). I asked you to bring it as early as possible, since you've already picked up the goods. 5 minutes after the call, the website says "at your request, postponed to **.**". The courier is an egoist, it's better to come and pick it up yourself than to wait a hundred years for a lazy employee to do his job.
