Conveniently located. Always polite, positive-minded employees. They work with a smile and quickly. Sometimes a lot of people come at once for orders. There is clearly not enough one more booth for fitting clothes (there are two of them now).
Despite the size of the room, for some reason there are only two booths - because of this queues arise. The queues are big now. I was surprised that without looking at this queue, they could just go unload the boxes....5 minutes before closing time..and let everyone wait. I understand that Wildberries rules are like this... but this is just disrespectful to people - you can at least not run them or alternate them somehow. The receptionist is polite and pleasant in communication - it somehow calms down...
I would like more fitting rooms. You just need an ordinary mirror outside the fitting room so that people with hats, scarves and glasses don't take up fitting rooms and don't create queues.
A disgusting point, at an unexpected moment for you, a technical break may appear and you will have to stand like a fool for 20 minutes, waiting for an employee to accept the goods.

The location is convenient, but the service is terrible. The guy-employee just went to his room without saying a word, to push something when there are 10 people in the queue for delivery.
Excellent staff, who are always happy to help and suggest a choice!

I was at this pick-up point today. There have never been any problems with any of the employees. BUT the LADY who works today (05/25/25) is a nightmare. Queues are building up for the whole hall. The boxes are scattered all over the room after delivery. He tells the visitors to clean them up. He's been looking for orders for a VERY long time. He doesn't even want to look for a little thing. Requests to cancel the order. He asks the whole room in front of the visitors "what's in the order?". I found a part I ordered and forgot to take it out. The queue of people that has gathered is "confusing". I stayed at the checkpoint for 50 minutes. ADMINISTRATION/OWNERS, please note!!!
