I ordered a product for my father. Why didn't your administrators allow you to open and check the product? What kind of incompetence is this??? Do you not know the buyer's right that the product can be opened and checked for integrity? I had to return the product for a refund, as I couldn't check it. Terrible service!!!! And you have a non-existent phone number at the pick-up point!!!

A small but convenient pick-up point for this area. Since the opening, I have been receiving goods mostly there, there are no queues, either a couple of people or no one. The girls are trying, there were no complaints.
