Please fire employee Alexey, he is completely rude, talks rudely to people, does not issue orders, swears, and often leaves the workplace. It happened that people themselves went behind the curtains with orders and were looking for their own, because Alexey was tired! He asked me to give this pvz a unit. Sometimes you can't go to the reception, there are a lot of boxes, and he picks at his nails! And part of him says that he's tired and doesn't want to work, so he won't give out orders. Take action. You are welcome!
I give five stars only because the PVZ has a good location!

One of the two worst and most backward pick-up points in Gomel.
Constant delays.
The goods are not sorted on time.
The employee, a young guy, is extremely incompetent. He picks his nose, then puts his feet on the counter and "works", does not scan the goods on time upon arrival, leaving everything for the next shift.
The room is constantly littered with boxes of unsorted goods.
I was lucky to live next to just SUCH a PVZ...

Hello, an employee at Ostrovsky 90. He responds rudely to clients, is often absent from the workplace. Constantly invented technical breaks of 30-50 minutes. You come for the product, but they can't find it. The product just goes back. Employee Alexey gave the manager's number. They called: he introduced himself as the manager. He answered as inadequately as the employee from Ostrovsky 90. Please take action about your employees.
