The only advantage is the proximity to home, otherwise I would never have come here. The room is small, with two small fitting rooms close to the front door. In winter and autumn, the front doors are opened wide and the boxes are brought in, while you stand naked in the fitting room. The staff's response to the remark was: what do you want, how do we carry the boxes?

I'll probably start with the pros, they are still there, you can put at least two stars for them. For me personally, the location is convenient, the sign is noticeable, you do not need to look for a long time. They're also employees, considering what's going on there. with all this, they are quite polite, I would definitely be on my nerves, but they hold on, they are not rude, I do everything competently.
Now the cons. Obviously, because of Black Friday and the upcoming holidays, the whole pick-up point is just littered with boxes, they are everywhere. On the table, in the fitting rooms, on the floor, under the feet of the staff. There are no normal shelves, their role is performed by empty boxes stacked on top of each other. There are also boxes underfoot, apparently to make it easier to clean up the dirt and not be slippery, but everything in general looks like a complete chaos of boxes! Because of such a blockage, even on Monday during working hours there is a huge queue, employees can hardly find the necessary parcels (not to reproach them, I do not understand at all how it is possible with such a blockage), I had to stand for a very long time. I sympathize with the workers, the girls are holding on as best they can, I hope the owners of the pick-up point will at least put racks for them and in the future they will learn how to calculate the load and the area of the room.

I successfully fit into a wide network of wildberries stores, practically removed queues from the neighboring pick-up point on Chkalov, while there are shortcomings, sellers are gaining experience, all that negativity in the form of the number of boxes with goods, small availability of shelves, cardboard on the floor, let's hope it will soon become a thing of the past, good luck and patience to everyone

I didn't like waiting for an hour in the cold when the pick-up point opens. Information about technical interruptions is not listed either on the Internet or in the valdberes application. Your opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 daily. 🤦👎👎👎
