Everything used to be great, but now, to put it mildly, the situation leaves much to be desired. The staff can't handle the cleaning: the store is dirty, the potted flowers have been standing for years, many of them have withered and remain unattended. There is a lot of garbage inside that is not being cleaned, and this creates an unpleasant impression.
Unfortunately, this attitude on the part of the staff greatly spoils the overall impression of the PVZ. There are many questions for owners who need to monitor the state of their business. As a result, we decided to switch to another PVZ!
Consultants are always good guys, and with a high load it always turns out relatively quickly.
I haven't been on breaks, but I go mostly in the evening. There is a stable mess in the point, but this is probably normal for these PVZ.
A couple of times, specifically here, they lost an order in the PVZ itself and refused to search, they had to re-order.

A good pick-up point, always fast service, polite and friendly staff. After the renovation, it is not usual, a small space. Three fitting booths, I didn't stand in line, it was always free. The impressions from visiting the pick-up point are positive. There are no complaints. Thank you for your hard work!!!
The work schedule of this point is from 10:00 to 21:00. I came for the order at 12:00, closed! Because the girl went to the store. Everything is fine, I understand that everyone needs to eat. But! Is it possible to specify those break!? I broke into my lunch break to pick up a package. As a result, I was left without lunch and without a parcel. For that , the WB employee eats . Enjoy your meal!
How can you go somewhere for a technical break, without specifying the time, at a time when everyone has a lunch break and the largest influx of people??? I'm shocked! 12.07. the point was closed with a note on the door of the technical break for 15 minutes. What time was it written? When will the break end? The only excuse is diarrhea. Nothing else.
I come in at lunch all the time. Tech break, today on June 14th at 13:40 it says tech break until 14:30 . Although the valdberez should work without interruption. I had to leave. Although it was necessary urgently!! And this is not the 1st time.. People are constantly working in different ways. Everything became very slow.
I do not recommend this item. Stand in line - you will not receive the goods. There is no complaint book in place, no one knows how long the office is open, where the book lies. They refuse to give out the book upon request. They also refuse to look for goods, they ask to come again and stand in line. (For the sake of honesty, it happened once, you can read the previous review below, when some guy was on shift) while I was standing, it turned out that I wasn't the only one who lost the product.
A very nice point. I dropped in 1 minute before closing, the doors were not locked, as often happens in other PVZ. The employee was pleasant and even at such a late hour was good-natured in communication.
On Black Friday, we bought a robot vacuum cleaner at a discount. Money was debited from the card. I received an SMS that the product is being prepared for shipment. The next day, the vacuum cleaner went up in price. In the evening, I received a text message that there would be a refund. We immediately arrived at the pick-up point, the seller laughed and said how naive we were, how could we buy a vacuum cleaner from them and explained that in this store you can only buy phone cases and protective glasses.
