The girls who have been working at this point for a long time are simply super fast in terms of service, they have never had any questions for several years, who have settled relatively recently, of course, they do not hold up. The pick-up point itself is only deteriorating in terms of size and fitting rooms, now there is a constant fuss and the fitting rooms are constantly occupied.

In the 5 years of my visit to this department, there have never been any problems.
The product does not match the size / color / appearance / quality - the girls will always help, explain, show. They are as polite and considerate as possible. They will honestly tell their opinion about clothes / any thing.
I always come and get in a good mood. Not even because I bought something new (there were situations when I refused the product due to a defect), but simply because of the interaction with the staff.
Do you need a refund at the pick-up point? You are welcome!. The fitting room?At least three! Lighting so that the left flaws can be seen? You are welcome!
Assistance in evaluating/inspecting/packing the product? We are always glad!
I am very pleased with this pick-up point and its staff. 10 out of 5⭐️
