I came for the product on 22.02 and lost the product. A girl with dark long hair started calling another employee, a guy, she gave me a pipe and he started telling me, "write a complaint about our director, we have no working conditions, etc." after which I was offered to refuse the product. I refused and said that whatever the girl was looking for, after 30 minutes of searching, she found it. But the product had a different number for some reason. She threw the goods at me and didn't say a word. As I understand it, this is a new girl, as unpleasant as possible. I've been going to this wb since it opened, and this was the first time.

Of course, there is little room in it. There's always a long queue in the evening. You can pick up your order quickly in the morning. Very good staff, always friendly and positive.
