The worst PVZ in Brest, I've never encountered such rudeness in my life. The employee who served was a mentally unstable person with a high level of aggression, otherwise I cannot explain rudeness and screaming. Let me explain the situation: on 22.01 at about 13.50 I went to the PVZ, the order was scanned by an incompetent young man who could not issue a refusal, then a woman came up who gave me false information that books in the package could not be opened after I opened the package in front of her eyes, although it was impossible to open the pupyrka when I expressed my dissatisfaction The woman started yelling at me literally and wouldn't let me insert a single word. It is convenient, clean, and the service is fast. I agree that sometimes you come in, and there's a note on the door and it's closed. This is unacceptable. The staff is nice, but some workers would do well to remember that they get dressed and go to work, not on a date or to a club))

An excellent pick-up point for goods. Good location in the city center, I work nearby, so I often order goods there. Pleasant staff,all goods arrive in good condition.
