The pick-up point is good, but the new young staff leaves much to be desired. Discontent, aggression, and foul language during the acceptance of goods (boxes) from the sorting center. These people are definitely out of place. After visiting this PVZ, I don't want to go there anymore. Shift 04/03/2025

Two different pairs of sneakers arrived. We came and said at once that they were different, and the staff once said that look, here they are glued, we can't take them away. Although there were cameras, how could we replace them there??? 1/10

The best, and polite staff They will always prompt and help you figure out the product if you suddenly have questions or problems. They explain everything clearly. Overall, the best PVZ in the city 😘
