There is a notification that the order is ready for receipt and a code. According to the code, the employee Mikhail gave me all (in his opinion) orders. At home, I already saw in the Purchases tab on the computer that Mikhail marked the goods that he did not give me as received and, of course, I paid for them! I returned the next day on 08/12/2024, showed Mikhail that there were more goods in purchases than he gave me yesterday. He was extremely indignant, raised his voice, said that this could not be, that I was "carrying heresy", rudely asked for the code, looked around, did not find it. I continued to insist that he had not given me the goods, but noted that he had! Mikhail asked for my phone number, looked around and still found the product!) He held it out casually without looking at me. When I said that he was being rude and this situation made me uncomfortable, Mikhail was very offended and (!) refused to give me my orders that came that day! This was the first time I found myself in such a situation, I had to call the police and file a statement, and also contact the Wildbury support service, where they were also shocked by such a situation. Of course, I will continue to use the WB with pleasure, but I highly recommend choosing a pick-up point where employees work clean on hand, so that they can enjoy the purchase for their own money, and not rudeness and spend time contacting the police and support service.
