Today I witnessed a situation that, to put it mildly, left an extremely negative impression and caused great confusion about the level of cultural maintenance in this company.
During the service, one of the clients returned all the ordered items, as they did not fit her. It can be assumed that this is a standard situation and should be resolved in a calm working environment. However, the behavior of the employee (a brunette with a headset) turned out to be so inappropriate that it is difficult to imagine at all.
The employee, after taking back the goods, loudly and openly uttered the obscene expression "Fucked up", clearly addressing it in the direction of the client, which is already beyond the bounds of acceptable behavior in society. The troubles didn't end there.: she began to reprimand the girl in a rather aggressive manner for rejecting the product, claiming that in the future they would introduce a 10% commission for the refund. Is that when IT stops? And what is it? Doesn't it happen that things don't fit?
The client, while remaining calm, correctly noted that such conditions could lead to people simply stopping ordering goods, because fitting is free in regular stores, and refusing purchases does not entail any financial losses. In response, the employee continues to behave even more inappropriately, accusing the client in raised tones, although during the conversation the girl conducted a completely calm dialogue. At the same time, as a psychopath, she periodically lowered her tone and politely served the man.
However, the culmination of this situation was an absolutely unacceptable transition to personality. The employee suddenly stated that she "has a man," but the client does not have one, which, according to her, is why the client is in a "bad mood." What is this anyway? It was not just unethical, but extremely rude and absolutely unacceptable for the staff. In addition, she repeated several times that she has a man and is in a good mood. I wanted to tell you already: Are you trying to convince yourself, or are you trying to convince us all? Who cares about her life? And then, as they say, who and what hurts, that's what it says.
This behavior indicates that the employee lacks a basic educational level, an understanding of customer support, and minimal business communication skills. In this situation, only one characteristic is appropriate — a full service bottom. The employee not only violated the principles of customer orientation, but also disgraced the image of Wildberry, discrediting herself and the whole point where, for the sake of truth, everything was always on top of her.
These actions are not just disappointing, they are hurting this business. A legitimate question arises: why does the company allow people to work with clients who indulge in rudeness, obscenities, personal insults and personality transitions. They also transfer their patterns to other people and talk nonsense.
Her inadequacy is also confirmed by the fact that when asked why you allow mats in communication, she stated that she was swearing for herself. The bottom! I'm changing the pick-up point.
I do not recommend it!
A new salesman is working, absolutely impolite! He will never smile, claims to customers. Today two people come in for orders, and she turns around and goes to the warehouse and shouts from there that she will come right now! He does not listen to customers, there is no clear understanding of how to serve. Bring back the polite girls! If nothing changes, I will pick up the goods at another point.
In point 5 Fitting rooms, polite staff, located near the bus stop, bright and large, served quickly, there is a children's area, there is a place to charge phones, just WOW!!
