I am very sorry to give such a low rating, because previously I liked everything there. Natalia issued an order using a digital code and a phone number without any problems. And today, a Wildberry employee couldn't do it, didn't even bother to find out how to do it at all, communicated with me in a boorish manner. Complete incompetence and helplessness in your workplace.

I, like many others, hung up on Wildberries) It's convenient, inexpensive and you don't have to go anywhere!!! Anastasia is the coolest, she will always tell you everything.
