I am very sorry to give such a low rating, because previously I liked everything there. Natalia issued an order using a digital code and a phone number without any problems. And today, a Wildberry employee couldn't do it, didn't even bother to find out how to do it at all, communicated with me in a boorish manner. Complete incompetence and helplessness in your workplace.
