I used to like this pick-up point, but I won't come here anymore. I can say that I'm a regular at this point. In the last week alone, I left about 500 rubles with them. But I'm tired of their constantly appearing rules, which I haven't seen at any other pick-up point. A few months ago, they removed the trash box, which creates certain inconveniences for me, of course, because the volume of what I have to carry home is increasing. But the last straw was that they banned the entrance for dogs. I think those who live here know how many dog walkers there are, and I always took my dog when I went to wildberries. Their ban would not be a problem if there was at least a place to tie the dog on the street at the entrance. But there are no such places, so I won't be coming back here anymore.Fortunately, there are at least two wideberries points in the area, so my money will go to them.

I was one of the first customers of this pick-up point, but after today's incident, I no longer set foot there. A very rude woman who accepts and gives out goods, does not know how to communicate with customers, snaps at them and also takes out anger and hatred for her work, For me this is inexcusable and in general there is no longer any desire to buy something from them, in general there is no desire to be in the same room with them. Learn how to work with people, if you don't know how, then look for another job. And the fact that this whole "concert" was in front of the child shows what kind of person you are (Therefore, I do not advise anyone to contact this sharashkin office.
