A good pick-up point, the staff is polite, there are many booths for fitting, a tool for opening parcels is present, there is also a children's corner with coloring books, a small mat of puzzles on the floor and children's colorful cubes (it would be great if there were more toys)

The first time I faced such a situation, the door was closed in front of my face for a 15-minute break, while she turned around and stopped and left at my response. As indicated on the website, I can come for the parcel at any time (during business hours, and the time was 15:03). It's not very pleasant, that's why 3 stars.
