Disgusting pick-up point. Dirty and untidy premises leave much to be desired, as well as rude and incompetent staff. Such pick-up points spoil the reputation of wildberries.
A small stuffy room. Employees (one of the employees) may be rude, including in response to a fair remark. There is no parking. And if you buy something bulky or heavy, it's quite a long way to get to the car.
