In general, it's fine, but the "waiting room" is a hundred times larger than the visitors' hall, which looks very strange. There is nothing to breathe inside, especially in summer. There are often queues, although the girls at the delivery of goods try to do everything as quickly as possible.

Good point, good managers, I wish them strength and patience in hard work. It is a pity that many "clients" do not understand that the item is "cluttered" precisely because they themselves order a bunch of junk and the workers do not have time to sort out both the parcels and your garbage for you!
And also, they do not understand that if they put 1 star for stupid reasons, the item will simply close and they will have to stomp their feet further than they would like 🥳
No one is obliged to give you packages for free either, it's not the fault of the employees
