The location is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and polite. The room itself is clean, there are no unpleasant odors.
But there is a big disadvantage:
I have repeatedly found myself in such a situation that the point was closed during business hours. Here is the situation today (26.07), I came to the point of delivery of the goods, but it is closed. Despite the fact that the sign on the door says the opposite. A girl stood with me and said that this was not the first time it was closed. There's no one inside. We knocked. We waited for more than an hour, and no one came. It is necessary to orient people for what reason it is closed: reception of goods, technical break, power outage, etc. For example, hang a sign that the reception of goods is from 11:00 to 13:00.

01.11. 2024. The girl Irina, who served us, is rude to customers. She scolded the girl in front of me instead of accepting the goods, sat on the negative all the time, looking for an excuse to take out her bad mood on customers. She began to raise her voice to criticism and behave inappropriately, aggressively. It seemed that she was drunk - her actions were slowed down, her gaze was "glassy", her facial expressions were uncontrollable, which greatly strained her. She said some incoherent things about her personal condition. I hope that the management will take action against such an employee.

I confirm the previous ones. Every third visit there is a closed door. I have never seen such a thing anywhere else in any of the World Bank's PVZ and competitors.
