Hello! 05.01.2024 I decided to pick up the parcels from the pick-up point at Nemanskaya 67. The pick-up point is open until 21:00, I came at 20:55 and an employee closed the door in front of my nose and said that the point was closed ! I told her it was still five minutes to nine. To which she replied : - I've already closed the program and I'm going home! I was shocked to say the least! This is not the first time with this employee, the first time I did not give away the loan , for which they wrote off my money (I still have not received the goods and no one has returned the funds! Although I called support ) Please take action on the situation !

Everything always happens promptly, except in cases when people create a queue for themselves, order more things than in a regular store, and then try them on for half a day and so on
