But one day, when I tried to hand over an unsuitable product at this point (a dress, without marriage; anyone who uses the service knows that this is a completely common practice), I received a portion of aggression and rudeness from an employee. He demanded to apply for a refund; when trying to prove that such an application was not required and had never been required, I heard a nervous rebuff. After I showed an official confirmation in my personal account that the application was not needed, instead of an apology from the employee, it was stated that they refused to serve me. In the end, the refund was accepted, but my negative review did not appear in the marketplace app. Of course, despite the very convenient location, I will never go to this point again and I do not advise others. Once you have been well served, there is no guarantee that tomorrow you will not spoil your mood for the week ahead. For many years, against the background of constant goodwill on my part and on the part of the staff of the pick-up points, such aggressive behavior seems absolutely absurd and unacceptable.
