I give 5 stars, as the service is good, always polite, responsive. The pick-up point is always clean. The service is fast. I like everything in general.

The quality of service is good, the goods arrive on time, the staff is polite.The only thing I don't like is that they withhold 500 tenge for a refund, even if the marriage is their fault. Although this does not apply to this issue point.This is most likely the policy of Wildberries
