I'll leave an honest review, don't be offended. The room is something. There are no windows, everything is always filled with boxes inside, almost underfoot, there are always boxes in the fitting rooms too. It is not pleasant or comfortable here.

The only thing that I would like to return to the old spaces, and then when the influx, literally a couple of people can fit and have to stand outside, it's good when the weather is appropriate, but in unfavorable weather it's not comfortable
All employees are very polite and pleasant. However, I came for the goods once before closing and the goods were lying just for 14 days, in the end they said that the goods were no longer there and I was late, although the application still showed the goods at the pick-up point
The pick-up point is located in the basement. Although it's quite warm inside. Not a convenient descent. It's often dirty inside. Both on the aisle and in the booths. There are a lot of standing boxes with orders. For me personally, the girls working at this point seemed friendly. I pick up orders mostly in the evening, I can say with confidence that it never happens empty, 2-3 people are always in line. But as they say, the point is located near the house, you do not have to choose.
Advantages: friendly staff, a sufficient number of fitting rooms, a spacious hall, a good location.
Cons: steep unlit staircase to the entrance to the basement.

In the network itself, I don't like that you have to pay in advance, and then figs knows how much to return your money if anything.
Good staff, fast delivery due to the lack of queues. The room is small, it looks more or less. It's not a very convenient entrance, but it's not the company's fault, rather there should be questions for the construction company for such a steep descent.
Probably one of the busiest points of the WB, always in boxes, but the girls are always polite and cope quickly. There were no questions about the refund. Accessibility is good.
First of all, it stinks a lot. It is clear that a lot of people come there every day, take off their shoes, and so on. But it is even impossible to enter. At least buy air fresheners, and it will be more pleasant.
And secondly, we arrived in the evening, but the girl issuing orders refused to give it to us, as there was a collection. This was evidenced by an A4 sheet, on which was handwritten "COLLECTION!!!" During this time, we managed to go to the store, buy groceries, return, and still the girl refused to give out an order. And then, in addition, she asked us to move away from the goods delivery counter, because when there is a "COLLECTION!!!", we mortals cannot be so close to money)
In general, the stated operating mode of the order pick-up point is not respected, and even in a boorish manner
