The application was accepted and told to wait, I have been waiting for 1.5 months now, I periodically remind myself of myself in writing and by phone... Neither goods nor money, they say the time is not regulated, wait, applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no complaints to the PV or to the operator, who is not mistaken.. Moreover, the PV is very busy, I always got into long queues. But the work of the company itself, the support service in particular causes negative emotions, constant unsubscriptions and excuses: "we are trying to solve the issue, etc."
Quite a passable pick-up point. The staff is polite, although it wasn't always like that. And... As always, cleanliness and service are lame. They will not always offer a package, they will not always explain what and how, they will not always smile. But it is understandable - there are a lot of orders, and the girls work on the delivery of goods one at a time, two at most. I haven't always seen this. In general, everything is not bad, but there is something to strive for. And ... I almost forgot - dirty floors and rugs. Always. The mats are often just lying folded or right in the booths on the shelf below or on the floor. Ha.. I made a remark once. They looked at me in such a way that I felt for a second not quite complete. I got together and explained to the staff what to follow when communicating with the consumer (client).
