The application was accepted and told to wait, I have been waiting for 1.5 months now, I periodically remind myself of myself in writing and by phone... Neither goods nor money, they say the time is not regulated, wait, applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no complaints to the PV or to the operator, who is not mistaken.. Moreover, the PV is very busy, I always got into long queues. But the work of the company itself, the support service in particular causes negative emotions, constant unsubscriptions and excuses: "we are trying to solve the issue, etc."
Quite a passable pick-up point. The staff is polite, although it wasn't always like that. And... As always, cleanliness and service are lame. They will not always offer a package, they will not always explain what and how, they will not always smile. But it is understandable - there are a lot of orders, and the girls work on the delivery of goods one at a time, two at most. I haven't always seen this. In general, everything is not bad, but there is something to strive for. And ... I almost forgot - dirty floors and rugs. Always. The mats are often just lying folded or right in the booths on the shelf below or on the floor. Ha.. I made a remark once. They looked at me in such a way that I felt for a second not quite complete. I got together and explained to the staff what to follow when communicating with the consumer (client).
Very polite girls on the issue. They work fast. The pick-up point is large and clean. There are several fitting rooms, which allows you to calmly and slowly try everything on.
A good pick-up point for orders, employees work quickly. I am a regular customer, 95% of my orders go through him. Everything is always fast and without mines. Queues are rare. I recommend.
Boorish attitude of employees. Even if you treat them well, they are still rude. The desire to use the service has disappeared. There are always problems with the application, then money disappears, then goods. And you figure it out yourself, and turn to the support for a whole quest. I will no longer use the service, vldbrz has outlived itself, one marriage is being realized.
The concept of "service" is not familiar to all employees on the issue, for the second time I come across the same girl who neither "hello" nor "goodbye" and looks dissatisfied.
