I recently visited this Wildberries pick-up point and was very pleased! First of all, I would like to mention the convenient location and cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The order was prepared quickly, and I didn't spend much time waiting.

The most terrible pvz I've ever been to. I came to pick up 4 items that were ready to be issued by the application. The PVZ employee said that he had no idea where my product was, and that I should leave and come back another time, when I didn't even bother to tell him specifically. By the way, it would be possible to at least go and look at the warehouse because not even a single person was at the PVZ. There was a residue from the terrible service. I'm in a bad mood for the whole day, I'll never be there again.
