The most terrible pvz I've ever been to. I came to pick up 4 items that were ready to be issued by the application. The PVZ employee said that he had no idea where my product was, and that I should leave and come back another time, when I didn't even bother to tell him specifically. By the way, it would be possible to at least go and look at the warehouse because not even a single person was at the PVZ. There was a residue from the terrible service. I'm in a bad mood for the whole day, I'll never be there again.

I ordered clothes in two sizes. I left one and gave up the other. She carefully folded it into a package and gave it to a male employee. I was shocked, I understand that he is obliged to check the product, but that after checking it he will crumple it up like a rag and stuff it into a bag is a SHOCK! But many people think that it's the customers who are so careless about the product. It is very unpleasant when you receive an item in this form.
