I recently visited this Wildberries pick-up point and was very pleased!
First of all, I would like to mention the convenient location and cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The order was prepared quickly, and I didn't spend much time waiting.

The most terrible pvz I've ever been to. I came to pick up 4 items that were ready to be issued by the application. The PVZ employee said that he had no idea where my product was, and that I should leave and come back another time, when I didn't even bother to tell him specifically. By the way, it would be possible to at least go and look at the warehouse because not even a single person was at the PVZ. There was a residue from the terrible service. I'm in a bad mood for the whole day, I'll never be there again.

Good afternoon! Employees allow themselves lunch at their convenience. The item is closed. It is not convenient for visitors. Although there is no lunch in the schedule!
