Today I was faced with a situation again when they did not want to take the product, it turns out that the size on the inner label does not match the label attached to the item itself. Moreover, the order has not been closed yet, although I left the pick-up point. I understand when a marriage is in dispute, but it's always the same. I have NEVER encountered this at other pick-up points. This is the only point where there is always an eternal problem.
And situations where you ask when checking an order whether it's considered a marriage or not, after fitting, it turns out that it's a marriage and I misunderstood, and as a result, I have to wait for a refund and apply for a refund.

Employee Svetlana, instead of correctly and carefully checking my order, misled me about the product that was given to me. As a result, I received an item that completely does not match what was specified in my order.
In the future, she refused to accept it for a refund, despite my comments about the inconsistency of the received goods with the order. Moreover, the full cost of the product was deducted from my account.
As a result, I found myself in a situation where I have a product in my hands that I don't need, and the money has already been debited.
An employee's job is something.. I don't know your name, a woman with glasses. For a very long time, I checked the goods of customers that they refused to take, every stitch, every detail, I don't know if it's necessary, but at other points everything happens faster. After she issued the order and I went to check it, I was distracted by phone conversations all the time, while simultaneously issuing other orders. Her loud negotiations probably bothered not only the customers, but also her, because when I returned to the counter to close the order (I wanted to pick up one of the three items) she told me that she had already closed my order, but now she will try to return it. I think, "Okay, he'll probably figure it out now." She clarified what I was taking and what I was leaving. All my goods were unpaid. When I was about to leave, she decided to clarify whether I ordered them myself or someone else. When I replied that I was on my own, she warned me that the money had been charged for ALL three items. And now we have to wait for a refund!
What is this anyway? The amount is 91 rubles.
Stop collecting queues with your meticulous checks of goods and talking on the phone when there are customers at the point! That's horrible. It's good that there are many other excellent PVZS in our area.
