I have always been sure that this is one of the best PVZ in Grodno. There was always a good attitude and fast work. But on 4.07, a girl worked (Natalia may not have remembered the name), who changed my mind. Boorish attitude, refused to accept improper goods, demanded to pay, and then to sort it out, threatened to call police officers. The conflict was resolved without the police, but the sediment remained. (By the way, this is the 3rd time in my entire history of the World Bank, when I return the goods by marriage, I have never had such a thing before that I would be threatened by the police, they always took the goods without question). I ask you to have a conversation with an employee, as well as give recommendations on communicating with clients.
